Who really appreciates me?

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

When the people surrounding you seem to take you for granted, remember He who is called Ash-Shakur (The Grateful). He appreciates all that you do that is in service for the good of others even if they themselves don’t express any form of thankfulness towards you.

When you realise who actually recognises your hard work, you’ll feel beautiful all over again, and you won’t stop striving to do more. Something much sweeter then becomes all the more apparent and significant to you. God’s love for you.

Perhaps their ingratitude was meant for a higher purpose.

And everything happens for a reason.

  1. Mash’Allah, this blog reminds me of the ayat:

    Surah Al-Mulk, Verse 23:

Say: He it is Who brought you into being and made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts: little is it that you give thanks.
    (English – Shakir)
